Ninja Turtles: Michaelangelo Pen Holder ! Next up in my Pen Holder series is TMNT Ninja Turtle Michaelangelol! As with the other prints, highly recommed Matte PLA for easier support removal. Be very careful and patient removing the supports around the bandana and the nunchucks.  Take you time with some flush cutters and everything will come right off without damage. Pro-tip- once the supports are off, I use a small butane torch (*use caution, not responsible for your starting fires in your office*) to quickly go over the model to help melt down so of the rough underside.

The Medieval Knight Pen Holder ! If you're like me, you spend quite a bit of time stuck at your desk behind the computer screen.. whether in your home office, or an actual office.. Here's your chance to at least spice things up a little and make things a bit more interesting while you help make millions of dollars to the corporate stakeholders! The second addition to my Pen Holders: The kneeling Medieval Knigh Pen holder, fun, simple, easy to print, single-color profile, guranteed to be a talking piece anytime you have someone come by to bother you while you're hard at work! I worked on reducing quite a bit of overhangs, and making the overhanging details printable, but this profile does require quite a bit of support. I highly recommend using a PLA Silk material, my supports literally came right off with almost no effort. But please note that some materials may result in a more difficult time in removal of the supports. Enjoy and thanks for looking!

Samurai Pen Holder ! Words of wisdom.. do not print this model (unless you REALLY like the challenge and frustration of removing supports). This started as an experiment to see how detailed and organic I can make a figure to print with supports and still make them managable to remove. This one pushed my patience limits. However, I will say that once the final support was removed, and I spent a couple of minutes on it with the torch to smooth out some of the scaring, it actually came out pretty awesome.. so I decided that I'm going to post it. If you do take on the challenge of printing and removing the supports, be VERY patient and methodical with your flush cutters, especially around the overhanging sword areas so you don't break them. When this first came off the printer I didn't think I would be able to remove the supports.. but after 5 minutes of so they were all off and I was left with this awesome piece. So, to recap: Support Removal Level = Expert Frustration = High Chance of breaking model = High End result = Fantastic! if you end up printing it, let me see what your results are like! EDIT 2.5.2026* - A second print profile has been added and includes a BASE. The base is not required, but is provided to help hold heavier objects, such as a pocket knife, without the ninja toppling over. Please note that if you printed the Original Ninja profile you can still print JUST the base to use, however, you will need to manually remove the mounting pegs from the base and use glue on the feet and knee to hold the ninja down. The new print profile has the separate base print plate, as well as the updated ninja print plate with mounting holes cutout in the feet.
