Samurai Pen Holder ! Words of wisdom.. do not print this model (unless you REALLY like the challenge and frustration of removing supports). This started as an experiment to see how detailed and organic I can make a figure to print with supports and still make them managable to remove. This one pushed my patience limits. However, I will say that once the final support was removed, and I spent a couple of minutes on it with the torch to smooth out some of the scaring, it actually came out pretty awesome.. so I decided that I'm going to post it. If you do take on the challenge of printing and removing the supports, be VERY patient and methodical with your flush cutters, especially around the overhanging sword areas so you don't break them. When this first came off the printer I didn't think I would be able to remove the supports.. but after 5 minutes of so they were all off and I was left with this awesome piece. So, to recap: Support Removal Level = Expert Frustration = High Chance of breaking model = High End result = Fantastic! if you end up printing it, let me see what your results are like!
